Before you start developing your project, you must ensure that it is supported by your Faculty Head and Assistant Principal, before it is considered as part of the College’s own Gateway Approvals Process for external funding applications.
New project ideas, particularly for larger scale strategic projects, may be supported through the development process by one of our trustees who will act as the project’s mentor. Trustees are particularly keen that project leads consider how they will measure the impact of the project in meeting its stated objectives.
Applications are considered at the quarterly meetings of the board of trustees, following their endorsement by the College’s Board of Management. Once an award is made, the project lead will be responsible for claiming funds and providing progress reports on project activity.
